Placement of the first GPS to monitor the herd in the Pilot Experience of Montseny

On November 8, 2019, members of the Autonomous University of Barcelona together with the farmer Manel Anglada, the shepherd of the Assed herd and the director of the Lluís Martínez Natural Park, proceeded to place the first GPS collar on the sheep Sophie. This first device will allow to verify the efficiency of satellite communication that the area presents for the monitoring of the herd during the next campaign.
