On July 17, 2019 we conducted a view of the Open2preserve project colts located in the experimental farms of Roncesvalles and Ortzantzurieta (Navarra). The purpose of this visit was to take weighing measures and to carry out the first measures that we will apply to monitor the development of fatty tissue through the use of an ultrasound. The experience was incredible, the animals are being raised in full freedom, enjoying good pastures and we were able to take the measures smoothly.
