SUMMER COURSE – PRESCRIBED BURNS AND PASTOREO FOR SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT AND CONSERVATION OF OPEN MOUNTAIN SPACES

This course aims to raise awareness and sensitize the importance of the management and conservation of open mountain spaces in southern Europe currently immersed in global change processes. The aim is to show management and rural development models that guarantee long-term ecological and socioeconomic sustainability. There will be a visit to the pilot experience that takes place in the Natural Park of Montseny that will have the participation of different local actors.
